Microplastics for a BiMer workshop

As part of its engagement with the general public, the Graduate School IFSEA welcomed students from Jean Jaurès School in Etaples, who were involved in the BiMer program (initiation to the sea certificate).
The program included a workshop on microplastics, their origin, their role in the food web, the risks for seafood products and human health, as well as methods for sampling, identification, and analysis.
