The DEMETER Club, founded in 1987, is an ecosystem for the agricultural and agri-food sector focused on long-term thinking, global issues and cross-sector dynamics. Around its member companies, it networks schools of higher education, mobilizes scientific experts and cooperates with several national ministries.
The EUR IFSEA, with its resolutely transdisciplinary approach to the “halioalimentaire” sector, shares with the DEMETER club a common desire to meet global and cross-sectoral challenges relating to the seafood sector and food safety. IFSEA’s ambition is to reinforce the dynamics of reflection around these sustainability issues within the “Interface Formation” network, by providing expertise on the interactions between all facets of the seafood sector in a rapidly changing world.
